Second Floor of Research Pavilion at NPI to be named "The Carl and Caroline Swanson Childrens Clinic" It was moved by Regent Welsh, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried that the second floor addition to the Research Pavilion at the Nebraska Psychiatric Institute, as and when constructed, shall be known as "The Carl and Caroline Swanson Childrens Clinic." Convey 21 feet to Bishop Clarkson for street purposes It was moved by Regent Greenberg, seconded by Re2,$gent Welsh, motion put to vote and carried, that the president and assistant corporation secretary, upon receipt of $2,150.00 representing $100.00 per running foot, be authorized and directed to convey to Bishop Clarkson Memorial Hospital, a portion of Universiy property described as the East 21.5 feet of Lot 17, Block 17, Block 11, Briggs Place. Lot 17 was acquired under the terms of L. B. 311 passed by the 1955 Legislature to provide sufficient access roads to the area serving the Childrens Medical Center.
