The revised plan was recommended by the Committee on Insurance and Retirement Plans after the employee groups concerned had given majority approval. It was moved by Regent Elliott, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, that the recommendation of the Senate committee on Insurance and retirement plans be accepted. General current funds budget for 1958-59 approved Details and analyses of the proposed general current funds budget for 1958-59 having been made available to members of the Board of Regents during recent weeks, the University Comptroller presented a summary statement of the materials previously distributed. Total estimated income and expenditures for the 1958-59 fiscal year are $14,368,257.59. Exhibits and schedules supporting this total figure are made a part of the minutes documents file.
