73Special Meeting Lincoln, Nebraska The Board of Regents of the University met on this day for a special meeting at 2:00 o'clock P. M. in the Administration Building on the city campus in Lincoln. Regents present: Regents absent: University officials present: Minutes approved The minutes of the p roceedings of the Board at their meeting held April 1, 1958, were approved, copy of the same having been transmitted to the several members of the Board under its order of October 1, 1926. From the Chancellor's office come reports of resignations, leave of absence requests and adjustments to work and salary. Money being available for these purposes from former apportionment by the Board, the following actions are taken. Resignations approved It was moved by Regent Elliott, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, that the following resignations be approved as recommended by the Chancellor's office. RESIGNATIONS Margaret A. Kuhl, Extension Assistant in Home Economics, effective March 31, 1958. Robert J. Morgan, Associate Professor of Political Science, effective April 1, 1958. John D. Stevens, Associate in Neurology and Psychiatry, without salary , effective April 1, 1958. Darwin E. Ransom, Assistant Extension Agriculturist, effective April 6, 1958. | 73 |
