11Special Meeting It was moved by Regent Swanson, seconded by Regent Welsh, motion put to vote and carried, directing that a duplicate diploma be issued to Mr. Allan Ashley Artman to replace the original diploma granted in the College of Pharmacy, under date of May 22, 1944. Authorize duplicate diploma Olga N. Sheldon appointed Thereupon, it was moved by Regent Welsh, and seconded by Regent Swanson, that Olga N. Sheldon, as successor- trustee of the francews Sheldon Trust, be authorized to enter into and execute leases upon such terms with such tenants as she deems desirable on farms in said trust for a period of time extending to March 1, 1959. Said motion was put to vote and carried unaminously. Authorize settlement of accident claim of William H. Wessell RELEASE OF SUBROGATION CLAIM KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that: The undersigned, The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, hereby acknowledge payment by Winter Brothers Freight Lines and R. P Williams of the judgement entered by the District Court of Lancaster county, Nebraska, on October 15, 1957, in a case entitled William H. Wessell vs. The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraskam, a body corporate, docket 203, page 175, the amount of said judgment totaling Nine Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($920.00) and representing satisfaction in full of all claims for benefits under the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Law, held by the said William H. Wesell against the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska. In consideration of the above payment, The Board of Regetns of the University of Nebraska hereby releases and discharges the said Winter Brothers Freight Lines and R. P. Williams of and from any and all claims which it may have under the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Law, on account of injuries suffered by its employee, William H. Wessell, in an accident occuring in Lincoln, Nebraska, on May 13, 1957. Dated this 19th day of October, 1957.
