Varsity Rifles in session Pres. Reed in the chair.
Pulis moved to require one semester drill instead of one year, of students for admission, Clements moved to amend to make 6 months amendment accepted and carried.
Clements moved to instruct secretary to cast ballot of company for Will Raymond and H. P. Leavitt for members of this company.
Qury moved that members who are absent shall submit excuse to 1st Sergt as per regulations now existing in Corps of Cadets.
Capt Elliot moved to instruct secretary to send challenge to L. L. [F.] in proper form. Clements amended to put it after May 1st 1895. Amendment carried.
Committee on [Memphis] matter is dismissed
Clements moved to set time for two drills a week carried. Drill days decided upon were the regular Thursday evening drill, and Saturday morning from 7 to 8 A.M.
