This property is at the north edge of the College of Agriculture campus and it is recommended by the University engineers that the easement be approved. Authorize Easement for city to construct sewer It was moved by Regent Swanson, seconded by Regent Welsh, motion put to vote and carried, directing the president and corporation secretary of the Board of Regents be authorized to sign in behalf of the Board of Easement giving the City of Lincoln the right to construct, maintain and operate a 36 inch sanitary sewer across Lots 1,2, and 3, Block 37, and Lot 6, Block 38, Pitcher and Baldwin's Addition to University Place. Bids - Addition to Student Union From the Director of Purchases comes an intemization of bids recieved for the contstruction of the proposed addition to the Nebraska Union. The bidders and the amounts of their bids covering the contracts are itemized as follows: GENERAL CONTRACT Cook Const.
