Dec. 10, 1903,

The Pershing Rifles were called to order by Sec. Lane, as Pres. Shorey had withdrawn from the Company. The office of President being vacant the meeting proceeded to the election of a new officer for that position. Nominations were called for, and Corp. Le Gro and Corp. Lane were the names presented to the Company. Corp. Lane was elected. The election of Fletcher Lane to the Presidency of the Pershing Rifles made it necessary to elect a new Secretary. Seargent McNamira and Mr. Brookings were nominated for the office. Mr. Brookings was unaminously elected.
No furthur business, the Capt. made a few remarks to the Company, and then the meeting adjourned.
Fletcher Lane,
Sec. of P. R.
