It was moved by the Regent Swanson, seconded by Regent Elliott, motion put to vote and carried, accepting recommendation of the Chancellor's office that the following adjustments in work and salary be approved:

Comptroller
Glen Sloan, from Accountant to Director of Accounting, and from $6000 per year to $6600 per year effective January 1, 1958; this promotion is part of an overall realignment of duties made necesssary by the reitrement of Mr. Backland.

College of Agriculture
Catherine A. Ploerach, from Extension Assistant in Home Economics to County Home Extenison Agent in Gage County, and from $3800 per year to $4000 per year from January 1, 1958; has completed training period satisfactorily and will replace Joanne Wilson.

Roland P. Lengemeier, from Assistant County Agricultural Extension Agent in Cuming Colfax to Colfax County, and from $4400 per year to $5000 per year effective December 16, 1957; in place of John Nebelsick.

Edwin J. Penas, from Assistant County Agricultural Extension Agent at large to Platte County, and from $4300 to $4800 per year effective January 1, 1958; new position.

Elton R. Perry, reappointment as Assistant County Agricultural Extension Agent in Gage County at $4400 per year effective January 2, 1958; in place of Dayle Williamson.

Extenison Division
Charles V. Anderson, reappointment as Instructor in hearing therapy off-campus, from $4200 to $4500 per year effective December 1, 1957, account 200x; he has been on military leave and is resuming his position with the University.

University Research Council
Faculty Summer Research Fellowship, at $1000 for the period June 1, 1958 to September 1, 1958;
