Will you kindly
inform me if convenient, what

has been especially heavy or
light in any given regions
and if you think there is any
definite selection between the
prevalence of [?] and the
amount of rain fall? Might
heavy rain fall early in season and
a dry time later produce an effect
essentially different from the reverse of [two?]?
