the said John Sheedy, giving to him the
said John Sheedy one mortal wound
of the length of three inches and of the
depth of one inch, of which mortal wound
the said John Sheedy did then and there
languish, and languishing did
live until the 12th day of January A D 1891
on which said 12th day of January A D 1891
he the said John Sheedy in said city of Lincoln in said County,
of said mortal wound, died.
and officiant further says that before said
murder and felony were committed by
said Monday McFarland, to wit on the
10th day of January A D 1891, Mary Sheedy
and Harry Walstrom unlawfully
purposely and feloniously and of their deliberate and premeditated malice did
procure, incite, abet, and aid the said
Monday McFarland in the perpetuation
and commission of said murder and
felony, in the aforesaid manner, form
time and place, contrary to the form of
the statutes in such cases made and
provided and against the peace and
dignity of the State of Nebraska.
