and green - worth crossing the wide Pacific to see, - Spring time where with you are ripening harvests and a dying summer.
Shearing is in progress at all the neigboring sheep stations with a good but not heavy clip. I have seen the machines and the hand shears at work.
A young man sent me an emu skin this morning - another treasure to carry home The list now includes a kangaroo skin, emu-eggs, emu skin, sea shells and a collection of flowers the latter not worked out. If I stay here permanently will send the latter to you, otherwise will "bringen sie mit."
