Hospital at Omaha It was moved by Regent Elliot, seconded by Regent Thompson, motion put to vote and carried, directing that John Latenser and Sons, arhcitects of Omaha be employed to prepare plans and specifications for paving a proposed road from the campus drive south of University Hospital west to 44th Street, and immediately north of the School of Nursing Building; and that the Business Manager, upon completion of the plans, authorize contracts for this work. John Latenser and Sons Architects for steam and return lines to Childrens Rehabilitation Center It was moved by Regent Foote, seconded by Regent Thompson, motion put to vote and carried, directing that John Latenser and Sons, be employed to prepare plans and specifications for the proposed steam and return lines from existing campus lines to service the Childrens Rehabilitaion Center now under construction. Storz Brewing Company offer lots for sale From Mr. Carl A. Donaldson, Business Manager, comes information that the three lots owned by the Storz Brewinig Company at the northwest corner of 10th and W Streets have been offered for sale and that a price of $23,000.00 for the property has been established by the owner. Mr. Donaldson also reported that an independent appraisal of this property established the present appraised value of approximately $18,000.00.
