Judge Field dented the motion to admit Mrs. Sheedy to bail. Counsel took and exception. The trial will doubtless occur soon, as it is claimed that the accused is suffering in health.

The announcement is made that Ann Arbor chemist who anal-yzed the stomach of John Sheedy found no poison. On the surface, this would seen to indicate that Macfarland's confession, so far as it relates to Mrs. Sheedy, was out of whole cloth. THE HERALD suggest-ed so much at the time.

The arraignment of Mrs. Sheedy and Monday McFarland was had Monday, both pleaded not guilty and were remanded for trial.
