THE SUSEDY ESTATE.
The kindness and favor shown by ex-Marshal Melick to Mrs. Sheedy during the late murder trial have been rewarded by Mrs. Sheedy deciding to resign as administratrix of her husband's estate and have Melick appointed instead. A request to that effect will be presented to the county judge.
