The State of Nebraska, Plaintiff
-vs-
Monday McFarland and Mary
Sheedy, - - - - - - -Defendants.

We, the Jury duly impanelled and sworn in the above entitled cause,
do find the defendants, Monday McFarland and Mary Sheedy, not guilty as
they stand charged in the Information.
John Robertson,
Foreman.
And thereupon it is ordered that the said defendants be, and they
hereby are discharged from further custody.
