man in every suspect capable of providing suitable mantinance and support for the said plaintiff that during this cohabilation as hhusband and wife he failed and [?] to provide suitable food and cothing for the said plaintiff spending his money in gambling and supporting, and [dining?]. the [time?] said plaintiff in the summer of 1881 was visiting her people in Illinois. the said defendant was living and cohabiting with [?] a portion of the time, in said City of Lincoln with a common of ill [?].
That at one time [?] the cohabitation aforward the said plaintiff in order to obtain food and clothing and was of ligid o labor as a servant girl at the Arlington Hotel in said city, and at another tie when sick he was for a long time defendant for food upon the charity of the his neighbors.
