Journal Entry.
That on the 14th day of November 1887 (that being the 22nd day of the October A.D. 1887 term of said Court,) were had and done the following proceedings herin as appears upon Court Journal "0" Page 365, to-wit:

Now comes the County Attorney on behalf of the State of Nebraska, and upon his motion this cause is hereby dismissed as to the defendants John Sheedy, and A. Saunders, and the defendants W.S. Barnes, and Frank Dodson, now standing at the bar of this court, each enters his plea of "guilty" to the complaint herein. And said defendants being now inquired of by the court, what if anything they have to say why the sentence of the court should not be pronounced upon them, and saying nothing, except what they ahvfef already said. It is therefore consdiered and adjudged by the court that the defendants W.S. Barnes, and Frank Dodson, are each guilty of the offense charged against him in the complaint, and that they each pay a fine of Twenty five dollars ($25.00) and the costs of this prosecution, taxed at %23.65, and that they each stand committed to the Jail of Lancaster county, Nebraska, until said fine and costs are fully paid.
