BUFFALO BILL
"stood 'em in the aisles," of course, on Monday evening. The show was no better and no worse than usual. "He-Nu-Ka" is the same "be-utiful Indian princess" as of yore, and, like wine, she improves with age -- and she can't have much longer to improve. Bill is not the best of actors; in fact, the best of actors are not reared as pony expressmen, but he can knock the stuffin' out of more Indians at a single shot than any other man in America, and that is more to the purpose with the gallery.

"Buffalo Bill" drew an amazingly large house last Tuesday night. The only things worthy in the entire entertainment were the rifle shooting and the orchestra. The play is of border life, and is sport for the "kids." May he never come again.
