The character of Moses Moloch (W. F. Carroll) and Judge Chincopin Shyster (John Ince) were particularly good, although the Jew had the most admirers. Harry Melmer, the stage manager, took the part of Mushroom Melton, and carried it through with his usual vigor. Harry Mainhall, the outlaw and heavy villain, was the victim of a severe cold, but acted the part to the life. As for Buffalo Bill, he is a whole show in himself. His reputation is universal, and thousands of people go for the mere pleasure of seeing this noted frontier celebrity. When Mr. Cody first bowed to an Erie audience he was anything but a graceful actor. He has improved wonderfully and in his line it is hard to find his equal on the boards. The combination left for Buffalo yesterday on the 6 a. m. train.
