BUFFALO BILL. - The "Scouts of the Plain" have arrived here in full force and the renowned "Buffalo Bill" may now be seen perambulating our streets. To-night, at Smyth's Hall, they are to give one of their unique performances which depict the wild scenes of border life as faithfully as the thing can be done off the great prairies. To-morrow night they perform again, but with an entire change of programme. Those who have not secured reserved seats must go early.
