120AMUSEMENTS. OPERA HOUSE. - The performance at the Opera House yesterday evening was unique in character. The first piece was the very amusing farce of "Thrice Married" in which M'lle Morlacchi danced a Spanish Bolero and a sailor's hornpipe, and sang an aria with marked success. But the piece of the evening - "The Scouts of the Plains" - was a wonderful triumph. To be sure "Wild Bill" did not show up at all, but Bison William and Lone-Star-John, otherwise known as "Buffalo Bill" and "Texas Jack", were there, and the crowded gallery was fairly rampant with enthusiasm when the stage (at least once in each act) was strewn with Indian dead and the air heavy with sulphurous smoke.
