The Scouts of the Plains.
A crowded house greeted the famous Buffalo Bill troupe last night, and but few of the audience expected to be so highly entertained as they were by the exciting scenes and thrilling incidents in the Scouts of the Plains."
This piece was written expressly for "Buffalo Bill" "Texas Jack" and "Wild Bill," and as they have time and again on our western plains, taken part in such scenes, where their own lives were at stake, their acting on the stage was so natural as to carry terror to the heart of more than one spectator.
These heroes were well supported, each member of troupe acting his part to perfection. The company as a whole, is one of the best that has ever visited our city, and those who failed to see them last night will be pleased to know that they will be here again in about a month. By all means go and see them on their return trip.
