THE SCOUTS.-- The "Scouts of the Plains," Buffalo Bill, Texas Jack, and Wild Bill, supported by Mr. Fred. G. Maeder, a number of Indians, and a dramatic company, performed to a large audience at St. James Hall last evening. The performance passed off smoothly and will be repeated again this evening.

THE SCOUTS OF THE PLAINS. -The Scouts of the Plains payed to another large audience at St. James Hall last evening, and will probably do the same thing this evening. The distinguished plains men and the dramatic company which supports them are worth seeing; and if the drama does not contain sensational variety enough to delight the most exciting, we cannot indicate where it can be found.

THE SCOUTS OF THE PRAIRIE.--A NEW DRAMA. -- Buffalo Bill, Texas Jack and Wild Bill, supported by M'lle Merlacchi, Miss Lizzie Safford (formerly Mrs. Myron), Mr. Hill and others will appear this evening, for the first time, in an entirely new drama, written expressly for them by Mr. Hiram Robbins. Several of the stirring scenes in which the Scouts have figured in actual life, will be presented, and there will be, incidentally, many startling situations and much music and fun.

Park Opera House. We see by the Buffalo papers that the troops composed of Buffalo Bill. (Hon. W. F. Cody), Wild Bill, (J. B, Omohundro), Texas Jack, (J. B. Hickok, etc), who play at Park Opera House tonight and tomorrow night, have opened with an entirely new drama, which embodies considerable of the personal experiences of the three scouts of the plains named. They are among the best looking men on the Continent, each being above six feet in height and splendidly proportioned. The names of these three will live in history alongside of those of Boone and Kit Carson, as most accomplished scouts and Indian fighters and their presence alone is sufficient to attract considerable attention. With them is a large company of actors and actresses, including Mile, Morlacchi the danseuse of world wide fame, Miss Clifford and a host of others, including a band of Comanches and Kiowa Indians. If they do not succeed in filling the Opera House, no dramatic company with less prestige than Edwin Booth's need try until times have changed.
