Legislature for compensation for
services at New Orleans. Before, during
and since the Exposition, I have
given the state full two years of
service, for which I have not
rec'd one cent, beyond my board
while at New Orleans, and that, at
no time exceeding $2.50 per day. I will
ask you and others who were there,
to aid with "kind words." But

to talk over my coming Annual
Report, and know of you,
what dates I can have for the
Industrial College etc. etc.
