It was moved by Regent Welsh, seconded by Regent Elliott, motion put to vote and carried, that the following leaves of absence be approved as recommended by the Chancellor's office.
LEAVES OF ABSENCE
Maxine Cook, Assistant Professor of Nursing, College of Medicine, leave of absence without pay for one year effective September 14, 1959; to attend University.
George W. Kelley, Jr., Associate Professor of Animal Pathology, leave of absence with pay from August 7 to 23, 1959; to attend the National Science Foundation Conference on Radioisotopes and Tracer Methodology at University of Maryland.
Dorothy Larery, Assistant Professor of Home Economics, leave of absence without pay from September 1959 to July 1960; to continue work for Ph.D. at Purdue University.
Dwight D. Miller, Professosr of Zoology, leave of absence without pay from September 1, 1959 to August 31, 1960; to accept one-year appointment as Program Director of Genetic Biology, National Science Foundation.
Keith O. Zoellner, Extension Animal Husbandman, leave of absence without pay from September 1, 1959 to August 31, 1960; to work toward Ph.D. degree at University of Missouri.
Louis A. Daigger, County Extension Agent, leave of absence without pay from November 1, 1959 to January 31, 1960; to pursue graduate work at theUniversity of Nebraska.
