Nebraska Consolidated Mills Company

From Mr. J. A. Mactier, President of Nebraska Consolidated Mills Company, Omaha, Nebraska, comes a request that Dr. E. F. Frolik, Associate Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station, be permitted to act as consultant for Nebraska Consolidated Mills Company in their proposed building of a large flour mill, corn mill and feed mill in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It was estimated that the consulting work will cover a period of approximately one year and the Company would pay Dr. Frolik $200 per month and traveling expenses including two one-week trips to Puerto Rico during the year.

Dr. E. F. Frolik permitted to act as Consultant

It was moved by Regent Welsh, seconded by Regent Elliott, motion put to vote and carried, directing that approval be granted for Dr. E. F. Frolik to act as consultant to the Nebraska Consolidated Mills Company for a period of one year at a stipend of $200 per month plus traveling expenses in establishing their flour mill, corn mill and feed mill in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

There being no further business, the Board adjourned.
