The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska met on this day for a special meeting at 2:00 o'clock P.M. at the Administration Building, City Campus at Lincoln.

Minutes approved

The minutes of the p roceedings of the Board at their meeting held June 14, 1958, were approved, copy of the same having been transmitted to the several members of the Board under its order of October 1, 1926.

From the Chancellor's office comes reports of resignations, leave of absence requests, new appointments, adjustments in work and salary and retirement. Money being available for those purposes from former apportionment by the Board, the following actions are taken.

It was moved by Regent Greenberg, seconded by Regent Elliott, motion put to vote and carried, that the following resignations be approved as recommended by the Chancellor's office.

Mrs. Margaret Richmond, High School English Instructor and Librarian, University Extension Division, effective June 30, 1958; to continue on hourly basis.

Wayne K. Tice, Clinical Instructor in Radiology, effective June 30, 1958.
