January 11, 1958

Regent Swanson moved that the faculties of the several colleges of the University having submitted their recommendation of candidates respectively, as required by law, be granted degrees in courses and certificates of completion of requirements in special courses, all as shown in the several lists immediately following, seconded by Regent Welsh, and put to vote in the usual manner, it is hereby ordered that degrees in courses and certificates of proficiency in special subjects as recommended by the several college faculties aforesaid and as described below, be and the same are hereby granted to the persons named respectively therefore; that diplomas and certificates in the usual form bearing the date of February 1, 1958, be prepared and authenticated in the usual manner and be publicly awared to said candidates according to the custom of the University:
