Business Manager authorized to negotiate for purchase
It was moved by Regent Foote, seconded by Regent Elliot motion put to vote and carried, directing Mr. Donaldson be authorized to negotiate for the purchase of the three lots at the northwest corner of 10th and W Streets and that further, he be instructed that in his negotiations he may offer not to exceed $19,500.00 for property.

There being no further business, the Board adjourned.
