Regular Meeting April 8 -- 96

Meeting called to order by V. P. Adams. The membership comm. reported favorably on the following men: -- Gordon Shedd [Heinard?] Helms Belnap. On ballot by the company the following were elected. Gordon Shedd Helms Belnap.

With a view to relieving the Treas of responsibility in case of Bank failure, the company carried the following motion "That the Treas be instructed to deposit the Company's funds in the First Nat'l Bk & that he be relieved of responsibility in case of failure on the part of the Bank"

On motion of Mr Schwarz the vice president Mr Adams was elected to the position of President to succeed Mr Hiltner]

At the suggestion of the 1st Sgt the company membership was [respected?] to 95 members.
