Meeting called to order V. P. Adams presiding.
Comm on Armory for Charter Day reported Armory secured for exhibition Drill - Report acepted. Comm on Armory for Hops reported progress. The resignation of Capt Beardsley was presented & accepted - a note of thanks being passed to Mr. Beardsley for his efficient services & efforts to make the Rifles a well drilled Company.
On motion of Mr. Beardsley, the Secy was instructed to cast unanimous ballot of the company for the election of Mr. J. W. Dixon to the Captaincy of the Rifles.
Moved to appoint a committee to inform Mr Dixon of his election. The chair appointed Pulis - Oury - Hendy.
