Playing Buffalo Bill

WASHINGTON, July 10. --Charles Guisberg, 13 years old, the son of an employee of the Government Printing Office, was shot while at play yesterday afternoon by Frank Parsons, a young playmate, and was probably fatally injured. The boys with others were playing Buffulo Bill and were discharging what they supposed to be blank catridges from a parlor rifle. One cartridge proved to be loaded with ball.
