The Grand.
This popular house was well filled last night on the occasion of the initial performace of the Buffalo Bill's Dutchman combination in the Prairie Waif. Judging from the applause it is safe to say that the audience was farily captivated. The funny sayings of Jule Keen and his inimtable songs fully sustained his reputation as on one of the leading dialect comedians on the stage. The play is strong throughout, the scenes all set in a realistic manner. In the third act the attack and defense is just such a display as is sure to bring down the house. The wind-up of the drama is admirable, and every one goes home please wit the entertainment and in a jovial spirit. The work of the Indians, genuine Pawnees, should not be overlooked, as they are one of the most attractive features.
