BUFFALO WILLIAM.
| The performance of the Buffalo Bill troupe at the Opera House last night was a very creditable and enjoyable entertainment The drama of "Life on the Border," was full of hair breadth escapes, thrilling incidents, &c. The scenery was arranged with more than ordinary care, and this fact tended to improve the effect of the different tableaux. Buffalo Bill and wife, Texas Jack, and Arizonia John were each recieved with sounds of applause. Everybody seemed to be well pleased with the show, and alothough a fair sized audience was present, yet the performance was deserving of a much larger one. Buffalo Bill goes out to the Black Hills on Saturday under orders | from the Government, accompanied by a band of scouts, among whom are his two present companions. |
