Regular Meeting April 8 -- 96
Meeting called to order by V. P. Adams. The membership comm. reported favorably on the following men: -- Gordon Shedd [Heinard?] Helms Belnap. On ballot by the company the following were elected. Gordon Shedd Helms Belnap.
With a view to relieving the Treas of responsibility in case of Bank failure, the company carried the following motion "That the Treas be instructed to deposit the Company's funds in the First Nat'l Bk & that he be relieved of responsibility in case of failure on the part of the Bank"
On motion of Mr Schwarz the vice president Mr Adams was elected to the position of President to succeed Mr Hiltner]
At the suggestion of the 1st Sgt the company membership was [respected?] to 95 members. HCParmelee Secy Adjourned.

Called Meeting Meeting called to order by Secretary Parmelee Saxton elected Secretary Pro Tem The following civil officers were then elected F. S. Philbrick Pres. HJ Lehnhoff VP R. C. Saxton Sec. H. C. Parmalee Treas. The reection of military officers was by ballot and Lehnhoff and Parmalee were appointed tellers. Captain C. F. Schwartz 1st Lieut. W H Oury 2nd " H. C. Parmalee 1st Sgt. C. W. Weeks 2nd Morris Hyde 3rd " Wm Grant 4th " Vern Hudge 5th " H I Gage
A motion was then made and carried that a Pershing Rifle hop be given the 1st Friday night in December A second motion was then made that a committee of 5 be appointed to arrange for the hop and bring all possible pressure to bear to get Lieut. J. J. Pershing to attend the hop. The motion carried.

Regular Meeting Oct 8 -- 1896
Mailing called to order with Pres Philbrick in the chair.
The amendment to the membership clause -- making all students eligible to membership who have had drill equivalent to six months in the university battalion -- was adopted by a unanimous vote.
The membership committee proposed[?] names to be acted upon at the next meeting. The names [?] as follows, Stabbing, Calleff, [Hippler?], Harman, Mumford, Hallingnorth, [Hussler?], [?], [?].
Mr Oury made a stirring appeal to the company for foot ball money and succeeded in getting a motion before the house appropriating fifteen dollars to that cause. The motion was carried. Meeting Adjourned.
