Regular Meeting Thursday Jan 16-96 Meeting called to order V. P. Adams presiding. Comm on Armory for Charter Day reported Armory secured for exhibition Drill - Report acepted. Comm on Armory for Hops reported progress. The resignation of Capt Beardsley was presented & accepted - a note of thanks being passed to Mr. Beardsley for his efficient services & efforts to make the Rifles a well drilled Company. On motion of Mr. Beardsley, the Secy was instructed to cast unanimous ballot of the company for the election of Mr. J. W. Dixon to the Captaincy of the Rifles. Moved to appoint a committee to inform Mr Dixon of his election. The chair appointed Pulis - Oury - Hendy. HCParmelee Secy Adjourned

Regular meeting Feb 27-96 Meeting called to order with V.P Adams in the chair. The reading of the minutes was dispensed with & the subject of fines for non attendance was discussed and after some debate "it was" moved that a fine of 25 cents be imposed on all absentees - no excuses to be accepted - & failure to pay the fine after one month to be followed with dismissal" Carried. The election of a treasurer to fill Mr. Langworthy's place resulted in the unanimous selection of Mr. Oury. Moved that the officers of the company & the other 2 cadet captains be made a comm. in revision of the company. Carried. The report of the membership committee being called for the following names were proposed - having been acted upon favorably by the comm. - Bischoff Morrison [H ] Taylor Baer Tucker Summer Grant Chapin Christie. The vote of the company resulted in the election of all except Tucker. Moved that the cadet captains of the battalion be added to the membership comm. Carried. Mr. Clements reported that he had never been reimbursed for the money spent for the Rifles at the Pershing-Guilfoyle reception. It was

Regular meeting

V.P. Adam called the meeting to order. The hop comm. reported that arrangements been made to have the hop at the Lincoln Friday April 17- Tickets $1.00

Regular Meeting March 18-96

Meeting called to order by V.P. Adams. In the absence of the Secy, Mr Clements was appointed Secy pro tem.

The membership committee reported favorable action on Cadwell Osborn Sutton Hartigan Green Griggs Whadon. On ballot of the company all the above were elected to membership.
