Called Meeting Tuesday Oct 1-95 Meeting called to order-Pres Reed in chair. In absence of of Sec.- Mr H C. Parmalee was called to act as Sec. pro tem. Motion made to reinstate Messrs. Elliott E. C. Saxton - Carried. Reports of Comm's being called for - Mr. Reed Chmn of reception committee reported progress - also stated that would probably be a financial deficit & requested that action be taken to provide for same. After much discussion it was moved that the Rifles assume the deficit-whatever it might be. Carried. Resignations of Vice P Bentley & Capt Elliott were read & accepted. It was moved that an election to fill these vacancies be postponed until regular annual election Oct 3. After much discussion the motion was withdrawn. It was moved that the Constitution be amended to read that "the annual election of officers - civil & military - be held on the evening of the first meeting after the opening of school. Carried. The election of officers was then taken up & the following civil officers elected

Regular Meeting Thursday Jan 9 - 96 Meeting called to order V. P. Adams in the chair. Reports of committees being called for--The membership comm. proposed the names of Lyon- McCreery-Morrison-Copeland-all of whom were elected members. On the resignation of W. Wilson, the company elected [A] Wilson to fill his place. It was learned that the E E's intended giving an exhibition in the armory on Charter Day - consequently a comm was appointed to ascertain if we might have use of armory together with them The chair appointed Hyle Beardsley Shuff. [K]. Parmelee Secy Adjourned.
