Constitution
Article -I-
Section -I- This company shall be organized
for the purpose of military drill and social
purposes.

Section II This company shall be known
as the "Varsity Rifles." Amended June 1, 1895
to "Pershing Rifles.

Section I -Article II- Candidates for member=
ship shall have had at least one year's
drill under the revised manual of Infantry
tactics. Amended Feb 27 -96 to
read six months instead of one year.

Section II Candidates for membership shall
first be passed upon by the membership
committee they shall be elected to member=
ship of the company by ballot, ten adverse
ballots being necessary to throw out
Candidate's name.
