Special Meeting
April 9, 1959

Low Bid Accepted

It was moved by Regent Elliott, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, directing the low bid of Brandeis and Sons in the amount of $9,864.37 be accepted for the installation of the necessary carpeting required in the Student Union.

Approve Honorary Degree for Walter Behlen

It was moved by Regent Greenberg, seconded by Regent Adkins, motion put to vote and carried, directing an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Engineering be awarded to Mr. Walter Behlen, of Columbus, Nebraska.

There being no further business, the Board adjourned.
