244Special Meeting THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Regents in session March 10, 1959, urgently petitions the State Legislature to approve LB 130 in the interests of maintaining for the citizens of Nebraska and their sons and daughters an outstanding institution of higher learning, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution be transmitted to the proper officers of the State Legislature. There being no further business, the Board adjourned.
