58Special Meeting Leila M. Peden a Warranty Deed of The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, a corporation, conveying said real estate to Leo M. Peden and Leila M. Peden, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that John K. Selleck, Corporation Secretary of The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, or Joseph Soshnik, Assistant Secretary of said Board, be authorized and directed to attest the execution of said Deed, and to attach thereto the corporate seal of The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska; and be further authorized and directed to purchase and attach thereto necessary revenue stamps, as required by law.
