Authorize U of N Press to publish Claude Bernard and His Place in the History of Ideas by Reino Virtanen
It was moved by Regent Adkins, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, that the president and assistant corporation secretary be authorized and directed to execute a memorandum of agreement with Reino Virtanen for publication of Claude Bernard and His Place in the History of Ideas by the University of Nebraska Press.
Authorize U of N Press to publish The Family Band by Laura B. VanNuys
It was moved by Regent Foote, seconded by Regent Welsh, motion put to vote and carried, that the president and assistant corporation secretary be authorized and directed to execute a memorandum of agreement with Mrs. Laura B. Van Nuys for publication of The Family Band by the University of Nebraska Press.

It was moved by Regent Welsh, seconded by Regent Foote, motion put to vote and carried, that the following research grants, training grants and fellowship grants, reported by Dean Harold E. Wise, Deputy Research Administrator, under date of Sept. 23, 1959, be accepted.
