The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska met on this day for a special meeting at 10:00 o'clock a.m. at the Administration Building, City Campus.

Also present at the meeting was Regent-elect Richard E. Adkins.

Minutes Approved

The minutes of the proceedings of the Board at their meeting held November 15, 1958, were approved, copy of the same having been transmitted to the several members of the Board under its order of October 1, 1926.

Resignations Approved

From the Chancellor's office come reports of resignations, new appointments, leaves of absence, adjustments in work and salary and retirement. Money being available for those purposes from former apportionment by the Board, the following actions are taken.

It was moved by Regent Greenberg, seconded by Regent Elliott, motion put to vote and carried, that the following resignations be approved as recommended by the Chancellor's office.

RESIGNATIONS

Millard Stanek, Research Associate in Agricultural Economics, effective February 9, 1958; no stipend.

Dean Bucy, Research Associate in Agricultural Economics, effective February 10, 1958; no stipend.

Joe Mac Martin, Associate in Neurology and Psychiatry, and Director of the Western Psychiatric Clinic at Scottsbluff, effective October 17, 1958; salary paid by Board of Control.

John D. Egan, Instructor in Internal Medicine, effective October 20, 1958; no stipend.

Walter G. Klopfer, Assistant Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry, effective October 31, 1958.

Norris J. Anderson, Associate Extension Economist, effective December 10, 1958.

Nell H. Duley, District Supervisor of Home Agents and Associate Extension Home Economist, effective December 31, 1958.

Catherine A. Floersch, County Home Extension Agent in Gage County, effective December 31, 1958.

Paul O. Yeutter, Assistant County Agricultural Extension Agent, effective December 31, 1958.
