To contract for inside finish of Chemical Laboratory and Armory as per plans herein (meaningStewards report).

To furnish gymnasium as far as funds will admit including bowling alley.

To arranged for the necessary gas, water and sewer connections as soon as practicable.

Regent Hull moved hat the report of the University & Library committee and the vote heretofore adopting the same be reconsidered relating to the employ of instructor, [and station workers] which motion prevailed.

The question recurring upon the adoption of the report in question, Regent Hull moved that portion which was stricken out rleating to Mr. Fulmer be reinstated, and that the report be amended so as to provide the employment of Elton Fulmer as assistant Chemist [to the Experiment Station] at a salary of $1000.00 per annum, payable from the Experiment Station funds.

The motion to amend prevailed and the report as amended was declared adopted by consent.
