2000 Copies of Chanc. Rep. &c. to be Printed

Regent Hull moved that 2000 copies of the
chancellors [dr?] report and accompany-
ing department reports, be printed, and that
500 copies of the same be [dr?] with the
regents [dr?] report. The motion pre-
vailed and it is so ordered.

Report of Finance Committee Culbertsons Rept.

The finance committee submitted the following:
1. We have examined Prof. Culbertsons re-
port and find the same correct, that there
is now in his hands the sum of $21.75.

Mc.Millans Libr'y Report.

2. The report of Geo. Mc.Milln of the con-
dition of the library fund, shows $365.46
on hand June 1st, 1884. Expended since that
time $125.72 balance on hand $239.74.

Howards Libr'y Report (Spec'l)

3. The report of G.E.Howard shows that
the special appropriation of $300.00 made
to purchase books for his department, has
seen expended vouchers accompanying report.

SUPT. SAVAGES REP.

4. The committee find that superintendant
Savage has expended the $200.00 appropri-
ated for repairs on building and the sum
of $20.51 in addition to such amount vouc-
ers accompanying

$152.82 DUE SAVAGE

The committee alsofurther find that Supt.
Savage has recieved from various sources
the sum of $1775.15 that he has paid out
$1928.14, leaving balance due him of $152.82

The committee also find that the Supt.
has incurred indebbtedness amounting to
$3730.21. That of this sum $2485.50 has
been expendedfor stuck, the remainder be-
ing for expense of farm.

$70. TO STRAUBERG

5. The committee recommend that the bill
of S.B.Russell amounting to $235.00, and
that of N. Strauberg for $70.00 be paid:

BILLS LAID OVER.

That the remainder of the bills be laid
over until the next meeting.

$5.45 TO PAY KNIGHT

6. The committee recommend that the bill
of W.C.Knight for labor on university
building, amounting to $5/65 be paid.
