Re-consideration of Report of Com. Relating to Dr. Guild.

The question now recurring upon the adoption of the report.

Adopting of Substitute.

Regent Hiatt moved as a substitute for the report of the committee, that the Eclectic Medical Faculty be authorized to employ Dr. E. C. Guild as lecturer on [dr?] &c. for the remainder of the present session of the medical school, which motion prevailed.

Secretary Report Approved.

The finance committee reported as follows upon the report of the secretary:
The committee having compared the within report with vouchers, find it correct.

The committee recommend that two rifles and carriages, 100 springfield rifles &c. be procured as recommended by Lieut. Dudley. Also recommend that swords and belts be procured as recommended by him.
