On motion the Board then adjourned to meet on Thursday August 26, 1884 (?) at 3 o'clock P. M. at the city of Omaha, Nebraska.

On this day at the city of Omaha, seing the time and place to which the board of regents adjourned their meeting at Lincoln on the 23rd, inst. and there being now no quorum present, it is ordered by the president and the members present that the secretary enter of record an adjournment of said board.
