My Dear Sir:

Our annual winter meeting of the State Board of Agriculture, be-
ing the only business one of the year, next to unavoidably justice is
not done those who kindly prepare papers or addresses for these occa-
sions. The Board, therefore, will not tax you to prepare and formal-
ly make your annual report at the coming meeting, as has been the cus-
tom, heretofore. We desire you, however, to preare and have in read-
iness, your report in time for our printed annual volume.

We will be pleased to have you attend the annual winter meeting,
to be held at University Chapel, Lincoln, Jan. 19th. and 20th. 1892,
and participate with us in the labors of this meeting. Please thus
favor us, if duty will permit.
