It is with great regret that I inform you of the death of ASA GRAY, Fisher Professor of Natural History and Director of the Herbarium, which occured on the 30th instant in the seventy-eighth year of his age.
The funeral services will take place at Appleton Chapel, on Thursday, February 2d, at noon.
