Circular and Petitions concerning, the
Bill before Congress providing for Agricultural
Stations rec'd. The same
had been furnished me before, &
I had [reread?] the Petitions, and forwarded
them. I am, of course, in
full sympathy with the movement.
During the Coming Session of the
Legislature, and [Winter?] Agricultural
Meetings we should strengthen
the matter with a Memorial of
the Legislature, and [sign us?] to the
p[?]. I expect to spend some
time at Lincoln this Winter
during the Sessions of the Legislature,
and will aid all I can.
